Harmony Commons Sold for $14 Million
FORT COLLINS, CO (Aug. 30, 2024) — Harmony Commons, a neighborhood retail center prominently located at 3541 and 3581 East Harmony Road in Fort Collins, has been sold for$14 million. The property, which consists of two buildings totaling 25,701 square feet on 2.9acres, is fully occupied by a diverse mix of tenants.
Harmony Commons, constructed in 2017, is a prime retail center featuring 10 tenants and anchored by DC Oakes Brewhouse and Eatery. Notable establishments include Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Taste & Savor Wine Bar, Rush Bowls, Tokyo Joe’s, Harbinger Coffee, Dirty Dough Cookies, and Crisp & Green. The center’s strategic location on East Harmony Road, one of Northern Colorado’s busiest corridors, offers high visibility and accessibility.
The sale was brokered by Waypoint Real Estate, which represented the Buyer. The Seller was represented by Jon Hendrickson and Mitch Veremeychik of Cushman & Wakefield. Waypoint Property Management will oversee the management of the property to ensure continued operational excellence.
The Buyer, Commons, LLC, is a Northern Colorado–based investment group led by Vuelo Real Estate Investments.
